I just wanted to e-mail you to say what fun your Latino Bambino Baby Salsa classes have been. Eleanor and I have been attending your Blackheath classes for the last 4 months (since the middle of January 09) and we're sorry that we won't be able to come anymore. Your classes have been fantastic and no matter how tired and stressed I've felt, the salsa dancing has really helped me to unwind, uplift and get those endorphins going!!
Eleanor certainly enjoyed all the bouncing around too!
You're a fab teacher, your steps are easy to follow and you're enthusiasm is
infectious! So thank you very much, we've had a great time. I'll certainly be
recommending you to my friends - if they ever get round to having babies!! |

I started Baby Salsa when my daughter was just 3 months old and I am still doing it, which I believe says it all.
My daughter was crying a lot when she was little but she was always quiet during the salsa session - either because she was simply happy being rocked or because she just fell asleep (without crying) which meant a lot to me.
From all the Baby activities I have tried this was definitely the best since it is such a great combination of exercise, fun and "me-time" which has become so rare with a little one.
I got quickly back in shape, felt good because of the great music, the nice atmosphere in the class and finally Urska, the terrific teacher, who is always so energetic and knows what she talks about having two kids herself.
Literally Salsa has been my weekly highlight ever since.
I am now doing the Toddler's class for the fun of my daughter followed by a Salsa session with her still in the sling for my enjoyment.

| We have loved the baby salsa classes. They are so much fun. Our only salsa experience so far has come from watching Strictly Come Dancing (!), so for complete novices, the classes are pitched just right and make for a really different and enjoyable trip out each week. Highly recommended to all new mums. |

| Lola and I are such fans of Latino Bambino salsa classes: we look forward to Wednesdays for a bit of excercise for me, and a lot of excitement for both of us. The atmosphere is great - no pressure, upbeat, instructive - and a really good balance between a real dance class and a relaxing baby activity. Thank you for creating a class where I can continue doing something I enjoyed so much pre-baby, and at the same time introduce my little one to the fun of music and dancing! |

| One word: great - No, in fact several words: original, fun, instructive as you do learn to dance and it adds so much bonding time with your baby. Baby Etzi and I love it and cannot wait for the next session. This is one of the rare places where you don't feel ill at ease if you have two left feet as me! Really really great. |

| I had always wanted to do a dance class before I became a mum, but
never made time for it. Wanting to get fit after my pregnancy and
labour was a great reason to start, and having baby Willow with me in
the sling makes is so much fun. She's usually asleep within minutes,
rocked by the dancing, and I'm proud to be showing her how mummy makes exercise a regular part of daily life. And Urska is a terrific
teacher! She's had two kids herself and is in amazing shape! What a
great example to inspire me! |

| We love Latino Bambino and it would not be overstating it to say that
it is the highlight of our week. It definitely becomes more of a
workout as your baby gets bigger but then you get fitter too! If
Bailey has not fallen asleep by the end, then he can be kept amused
with a maraca to play with throughout the class. We would definitely
recommend it to other mums and have been coming to classes for nearly
five months. |
